This is a web based intensive course.
Mindset is always a balance of forces coming together to produce a result. When these forces are out of balance we can experience less than optimal results.
This course is a 5 - 90 minute evening review and facilitated discussion. The course uses the Mindset Calibration for Risk Decision-Making, and includes a Human Journey Card Deck (included in the price of the course.) We use powerful case studies. By putting ourselves in the shoes of the decision makers, we gain an awareness of the power of our mindset in the making of decisions and how being out of balance, is a fundamental human hazard.

The course has the flexibility to use any case study because the tools can be used to unpack behaviours and their motivating mindsets.
