Buried is a guides reflection of a professionally led multiple fatality tragedy that happened in 2003 in the Selkirk mountains of British Columbia. The book also visits his early adventures as a recreational climber and skier, and makes the case that experience requires an ardent reflective practice to metabolize events into meaningful experience.
