Human Hazard Management

This is a two-day course is for individuals who are interested in elevating their leadership ability in managing human hazards. How we manage ourselves and others has a fundamental bearing on our well being.

During this course you will explore eight key strategies that nurture a direct gaze into your relationship with risk decision making. You will focus your lens as a leader and become more aware of how you tend to show up to adverse, hazard -rich situations and how you can make more evolved decisions in the future. That which we fail to bring into consciousness will show up in our lives and we will call it fate.” - Carl Jung

Good or bad outcomes are rarely based on one individual response. They are typically a series of responses that either expand or reduce our options. Becoming aware of a typical series of responses that narrow our options and increase our exposure to negative consequences has incredible utility.

Knowledge Gained

  1. Understand that micro decisions lead to either greater or fewer options.

  2. Know strategies for capturing errors so that they are corrected for the future.

  3. Bring a deeper value to from the adverse situations you are in.

  4. Gain communication skills with yourself, others and the environment.

  5. Harvest richness from lived events, transforming them into experience.

  6. Understand more deeply who you really are.

  7. Access a deeper courage than you thought possible.

  8. Harness the power of your journeys and transform your life.

Awareness cards depict two ways we show up to face challenges; We use Shadow or Luminant Power. Shadow is not our best selves and often leads to less evolved responses. Acknowledgement of these elements is critical for hazard or adversity management. Consciousness of this choice tends to lead to higher level choices, maturation, and clarity. Awareness of this process is a positive game changer for leadership in high hazard or adverse situations.
