Integration Coaching

One of the biggest challenges in a life is the process of integration. Taking powerful lived events and integrating them into our being so that they can become valuable experience for ourselves and our community.

The range of these events can be infinite, and integrating them helps us move into new ways of being for ourselves that we never thought possible.

The pathway to to integration is both well worn for the community, and unique to the individual at the same time. Much like the freezing of water to form snow.

Integration is also a rite of passage, taking us from one stage of understanding our lives to another.
