Human Hazard Management (Online Small Group)
This five evening (90 minutes per) online workshop is for leaders interested in elevating their ability to manage human hazards as an individual and with their teams.
During this workshop, you will explore eight key pairs of insights that nurture a direct gaze into how you manage situations now and strategies for elevating your responses in the future. You will hone your lens by becoming more aware of your past decision-making processes in hazardous situations and how you can make more evolved choices in the future.
This workshop offers an evolutionary step in the practice of managing risk where you discover how to coax out the best version of yourself in order to respond in ways that are expansive.

Human Hazard Management Model
The following table outlines a model for Human Factor Management. Shadow Power response choices are blocked in grey and Luminant Power responses choices are on a transparent background. The work of the individual or group is to recognize when Shadow Power is being considered or exercised, and to elevate that response to Luminant Power. This course explores this model at depth.
